Financing Urban Climate Change Adaptation in Singapore

Tuesday, January 17, 4pm

Through in-depth case studies, this research aims to examine climate finance landscapes for urban climate change adaptation (UA) and compare the conditions of financing resilient cities in three selected cities: Copenhagen, London and Singapore.

During their investigation, researchers Stella Whittaker and Phuong Nguyen sought to track and identify the development and implementation of these cities’ existing and potentially innovative financing mechanisms. They employed a mixed-method approach consisting of literature reviews, case studies, and interviews with investors and government officials.

Watch the recorded webinar to discover key research findings and insights that support Singapore’s future approach to addressing urban climate adaptation needs.
