26 – 28 June 2024 | Singapore
Join your faculty colleagues from around the world as we convene the Impact & Sustainable Finance Faculty Consortium 2024 on June 26 – 28 in Singapore at the Singapore Management University. Hosting the eighth annual convening of our Consortium in Asia will allow our group to exchange ideas within a different cultural backdrop, connect with a broader international audience, and forge new partnerships in this dynamic region. We look forward to seeing you in person, but for those who are unable to make it, we will again support a virtual experience.
The official proceedings will begin with a welcome dinner on Wednesday, June 26 and conclude on Friday, June 28. We plan to offer cultural and educational site visits before and after the main convening programme to allow guests to enjoy the stunning destination of Singapore, the host city for this 2024 convening.
This event is only open to members of the Consortium. If you wish to join, you can apply for membership or contact the consortium facilitators for more information at email@example.com.
Stay tuned for more updates as we confirm the breakout sessions and the full programme schedule.
For members of the Consortium only
This year, we are offering a travel stipend for those who need financial support to attend the convening. Given the limited budget, our financial support will be limited to selected individuals upon the Consortium Steering Committee review. The travel stipend amount is based on members’ departure region determined by the anticipated flight and hotel costs. The details are as follows:
• For members departing from South and North America: 4,000 SGD (~2,980 USD)
• For members departing from Europe or Africa: 3,500 SGD (~2,607 USD)
• For members departing from Australia or New Zealand: 2,800 SGD (~2,085 USD)
• For members departing from South East Asia: 1,600 SGD (~1,192 USD)
• For members departing from other Asian areas: 1,400 SGD (~1,045 USD)
Determinations regarding the selection of applicants who will receive financial travel support will be communicated on a rolling basis, and timing will be a factor as we field and respond to applications. Members seeking financial support should complete the registration form and indicate their need now. If selected to receive the travel stipend, members will be responsible for booking their own flights and hotel accommodations. Reimbursement will be processed after the convening and will be subject to relevant taxes (approximately 15%), as mandated by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
